1. Who can use OtterTap

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian to agree to them for you and to be happy for you to use OtterTap.

2. What you can do

We give you a free, personal, non-exclusive licence to download, install and use OtterTap on your own devices. You can share profile files you've made with other people. You may not sell OtterTap, offer it for download anywhere other than this website without our permission, or take it apart to copy it or remove its features.

3. Your responsibility for game rules

OtterTap sends mouse and keyboard input and reads your screen. Many games forbid automation. You are responsible for finding out and following the rules of every game, platform and service you use OtterTap with. We are not responsible if an account is warned, suspended or banned, or if you lose items, progress or anything else, as a result of using OtterTap.

You agree not to use OtterTap to break the law, to harm or cheat other people, or to attack or overload any service.

4. No connection to other companies

OtterTap is an independent tool. It is not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any game company. Roblox and other names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which games OtterTap can be used with.

5. Software provided as it is

OtterTap is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but software has bugs and we can't promise it will always work, work in every game, or be free of errors. Automation can behave unexpectedly if a game changes, so please watch your first runs and use the stop key and limits.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using OtterTap or this website, including lost accounts, items, data or earnings. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't legally be excluded.

6. Paid upgrade and sponsors (when available)

We plan to offer a one-off paid upgrade that removes the sponsor banner. When it's available, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay, and any refund rights you have by law will apply. Sponsors are responsible for their own banners and the sites they link to. We don't control those sites.

7. The website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is general information and may be out of date. Please don't copy the website's text, images or design without permission.

8. Changes and stopping

We may update OtterTap, this website and these terms from time to time. We'll change the date above when we do. If you don't agree with a change, stop using OtterTap and delete it. We may also stop offering OtterTap at any time.
